My life has really changed after using ‘The Secret’! I had come across the book many times in the stores but I figured it was a farce and didn’t give a thought for it, until I began to face a lot of negative emotions and depression that I couldn’t handle. I was an emotional wreck. I turned nasty to all the people around me. I could not focus on my studies because I was always in this negative state every day.

‘The Secret’ changed my outlook on life! I truly believe that I can control the course of things with my thoughts. It was difficult to break out of the ruts in the beginning, but I persisted. Then on my birthday, everything changed! I was thinking about receiving a lot of gifts and love from everyone around me, and it happened! I said to myself, “Ten people will wish me happy birthday today.” And it came true! I got this huge bar of chocolate, and cheesecake, and my classmates sang the birthday song for me. It was the happiest day of my life.

Now, I have changed my whole life. I have so many friends in school now, people I can really relate to. My classmates are all looking up to me now, and I feel so much worth to be myself! My parents have come to understand what I want and I am so grateful for them.

We are moving into our new house next term. Amazing things are happening! I have this French friend that is coming over to stay for a month, and I am going to New York and Bordeaux at the end of the year! I have a new 15″ Macbook Pro that I wanted, and now my parents have enough money to send me to Harvard Medical School to make my dream come true!

Believe in yourself! Walk your own path and don’t let anyone stand in your way. If you believe it, there’s nothing to it. (:
