I used to live my life on fears: fear of rejection, fear of change, and when bad things happened to me, I would ask, “Why me?” Year after year for about 10 years, I thought that I was cursed. When you think you experienced it all, something worse always happen.

I didn’t understand why. And I would say to myself, “I am living life morally, why me again? What did I do to deserve it?”

I was also working at a job that kept on stressing me out, and I kept saying to myself, “I’m going to quit one of these days and run the business my way.” But I was scared of failing. I didn’t believe in myself and I was already in a comfort zone.

After many complaints about my life, my friend Jon introduced me to The Secret. After watching it, it turned my whole perspective on life around. Believe it or not, I took a chance at life. It was time I did something for myself to make me happy. So I quit my job, did some research, took my passion for the insurance industry, and started my own insurance agency. Things just started to fall into place, because I believed it and I felt it. It is an amazing feeling. I am much happier, healthier, I have all the love and support in the world. And by knowing that The Secret helped changed my life, I continue to share my experiences with friends, family, and even strangers. I guess you can say my curse was lifted after 10 years…
