Maybe this will ring true for you…

Pompton Lakes, NJI have wavered in out of the "jois de vis" throughout my 58 years. It is only now, that I am putting to practice "The Secret", that I understand why. I am, at the core, a very joyous and optimistic person who let some of life's disappointments put an obstacle in my way. I am currently jumping over the hurdles.
Hello fellow “Secret” people.
I need to share this thought with others so that it can reinforce the concept for others who are, like me, just now learning it.
I have a coworker with whom I am also friends outside of work. We have been friends for about 12 years. I love her dearly, but she does certain things at work of which I do not approve. Not the least of these is walking into the office every day at least 20-40 minutes late and behaving like everything is fine.
It is difficult to watch this all the time and not say anything to her or anyone else or react unfavorably. It seems unfair that she is allowed to do this and not get into trouble for it. Others talk to me about it too, and this only serves to help us all build up a case.
However, I read “The Secret” a few weeks ago and I am working through changing 58 years of misinformation and negative thoughts. It is a work in progress but good things are happening as a result and I think it is more than just coincidence. I believe I am changing my Karma.
Anyway, with regard to my friend… The following excerpt seemed to come at an opportune time, and once again I feel it is more than just coincidence that I happen to read it this morning. It came at a time when the Universe knew I needed some assistance with getting past this situation.
“You cannot criticize or blame or complain when you are in Joy. You cannot be afraid when you are in Joy. You cannot speak negatively when you are in Joy. You cannot harm another when you are in Joy. Negativity cannot reach you when you are in Joy.
“When you are in Joy you are compassionate. When you are in Joy you are considerate and caring. When you are in Joy you love others. When you are in Joy you appreciate everything. When you are in Joy you are in love with the world, and the Universe is in love with you.”
As well, after I read it I am able to, little by little, over the past hour or so, be grateful for my coworker and our friendship. It seemed kind of strange, too, that our manager came and spoke to her about her behavior this morning of all mornings.
I am projecting an attitude of Joy so that just maybe it will be enough for her to change her ways. I love her and want her to be able to retain her job so we can continue to work together as well as be friends outside the office.
So, maybe you can publish this letter that it may ring true for anyone else who has had a similar experience.
Thank you, Rhonda, for this wonderful insight. You and everyone involved with the book and the movie are AWESOME!!!
