On the 30th of October 2016 I discovered that my mother’s diamond ring that she had given me had been stolen from my jewelry box. I was very upset about this and was not sure what to do since it hadn’t been insured and had great sentimental and financial value to me. I had a strong feeling that the cash value would return to me somehow but I wasn’t sure how.
On the 11th of November 2016 I received a call from an estate agent to say that I had a cash offer on an investment flat I own. The property wasn’t even on the market! The offer I received, after agent’s sales commission and tax had been paid would have been almost exactly the retail value of my mother’s diamond ring! The transferring attorneys have also let me know that the date the cash is expected to be in my account is 22 December 2016, a few day’s before Christmas!
Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!
