Manifested While Depressed, Anxious And Numb.
I want to help anyone out there who’s battling a mental illness like depression, feeling numb, anxiety, etc. Anything that prevents them from being on a ‘higher frequency’. You can still manifest what you want, anyway.
My story: I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety. I have been feeling emotionally numb since I turned 13. Trying to manifest something along with visualizing seemed like a chore sometimes. I just could not feel my desires and even if I did, the feelings did not last very long.
Anyways, with flickering hope, I decided to manifest the impossible. There was this makeup palette I had been eyeing for a while. The problem was that I wanted to gift the same palette to a friend of mine too. However, I did not want to pay for both of them. I visualized getting two palettes, with one being for free. I even wrote it in the “desires” list of The Secret Super App. After a few days, I tapped the ‘desire complete’ button on the app, even though the parcel had not arrived yet.
It came after two days with one broken palette. Since I was numb, I did not really think about the fact that it was only one palette or that it was broken. I returned it and 3 days later they sent me another palette. Then again, after a few more days, I received another parcel with the same palette!
That was no coincidence and does not ever happen! I told the brand about it and they said it was a mistake and that they would send a rider to pick up the extra palette. Months passed by and he didn’t come. I asked them again and this time they said I could just keep it! Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Tips to be able to manifest while feeling numb:
1. Your highest frequency doesn’t mean you should feel like the happiest person on earth. If you are constantly at a lower frequency and it raises by even the slightest bit then that’s a higher frequency and you should visualize at that moment.
2. Don’t dwell on results. Just let it go. I could have so easily given up faith in the LOA when the single broken palette arrived. But little did I know that this minor inconvenience would lead to me getting a free palette! Use my story as inspiration and don’t question the LOA.
3. If you find it hard to ‘let it go’ or if you want to manifest quicker, I suggest writing your desires list and then ticking a few things off, even if they didn’t arrive yet. But the timing should be right. For example, I wanted to get 5 As. I wrote it down in my desires list. After my exams, I ticked it off. Then when the results came, you know what it was? 5 As!!
4. If you can’t think positively, just try not to think negatively, or, think neutral.
5. Next time your brain and thoughts try to bring you down, bombard yourself with positive affirmations.
I have asked the Universe for my desire, which is to be happy and my depression is almost 70% gone!
