So it all began when one night when I was sitting at my kitchen table watching my brother play on his Xbox. I noticed how thin and fragile his headset looked and I randomly thought about how funny it would be if they broke. Five seconds after I had that thought, he takes off his headset the same way he always does but this time the mouthpiece broke off. The look on his face when this happened was pure confusion. I started laughing hysterically. Thinking that this was my doing, I told him I could manifest a new headset. Keep in mind he doesn’t believe in the law of attraction so when I told him this he just wasn’t convinced. He told me he could just tape it back together because the sound and everything still worked. Unknowingly I asked the Universe for a new Xbox headset but as soon as my brother said he didn’t want one I just let that thought go.

Fast forward 2 weeks later. I’m going shopping over the weekend and I hadn’t been out of the house for weeks, thank you school. My mom and I went to the thrift store. I was walking through the toy aisle just to see if they had any creepy clown dolls. I didn’t find what I was looking for so I left the toy aisle but a few minutes later I got this feeling that I should go back to the toy aisle. As soon as I step into the aisle my eyes are drawn to a small green box. I pick the box up and no joke!! They were the same headset that my brother broke. Same model and everything and the price was 12.99, so cheap!

It is so rare to find expensive gaming equipment in this particular thrift store so when this happened I just knew I had attracted it. No one else in my family believes me but I know the truth. In the end, I decided not to buy the headset because I thought my brother wouldn’t appreciate it. He had clearly told me he didn’t want a new headset so I just respected that.
