I love The Secret! I had been without a steady job for months and during that time I directly experienced the abundant support that surrounds me. I was feeling stressed about money and decided to start writing down what I love in my life. Instead of focusing on the absence of what I wanted, I thought of all the things that make me feel happy, full, excited and free right now! I read a few stories on here and decided to give the Universe a try with The Secret Check. I wrote myself a check and I saw it being handed to me in my imagination and then put it in my purse.

The next day an old roommate was visiting from out of town and we planned to go to the beach on a whim. When I saw her she hands me a check that had been delivered a year later in the mail from an old job.. I had not received a check in months, yet the day after I visualized a check, this scenario came to be and I was handed a check!

I open the check to find $15 in my name. Thank you! Right then I realized that this was all I was allowing myself to receive because I never decided on a specific amount. At the time, on some level I did not believe. Well now I sure do! So I laughed and said “I am open to receive more, I allow myself to be the recipient of $3,000.”.

We were watching the sunset on the beach when I stepped on a bank note that had written on it, $3,000.22. I couldn’t help but smile because this was the sign I just asked for!

Right in that moment it seemed as if life was trying to uplift me to be in a super high vibration. I watched as rainbow colors filled the sky and I was in good company, feeling so alive. This was true wealth to my soul. It is funny how things work out. What I was actually asking for vibrationally was the sense of freedom that I ended up co-creating with the Universe in that moment. I trust that this was a confirmation, that more is on it’s way and available to access in the best way it can make it to me. What I learned is that “Ask and you will receive” requires you to be really specific. It always delivers but it is just a matter of discerning where your vibration is really at. We just gotta be open to it.
