Recently, I have developed and published an Android app for some easy spiritual guidance. After learning about the concept of the law of attraction from “The Secret,” I wanted to test it by visualizing a specific email I expected to receive from one of my app users. Although the app is not very famous, I anticipated receiving a “thank you” email from someone in my audience. To my delight, I received that email!

Here are the steps I followed in my visualization practice:

1. I imagined receiving the email as a notification on my mobile phone.

2. I visualized myself writing this story about the email I manifested.

I was also confused about the “let it go” method, but now I understand that there isn’t a specific technique called “let it go.” What truly matters is the vibrational frequency you maintain.
