Manifestation Through The Camera Lens
Submitted by: Nidhi Inani
Hyderabad, IndiaI'm an arts student, 21, specializing in painting, and I'm in my fourth and final year of graduation.
When I was in my 3rd year in art school, I was shown a documentary on French Impressionist artists. It was shown in the documentary that the father of this period, Claude Monet, painted his most famous painting “Sunrise: Impressions”, as soon as he woke up in the morning. There was an easel right beside his bed. He slept in his studio! I was so overwhelmed at the fact of sleeping in a studio, that I badly wished I could do it too.
I moved into a newer and a bigger home in my 4th year. A couple of months passed. One day I was shooting my new room for a friend. I just stood at an angle with the camera so that I could shoot the whole room and what I saw through the lens was totally out of the world. I WAS living in my studio!! There was an extended work place in my room with the easel right beside my bed!
It was only then I realized that I had manifested that room unknowingly! This was before I read ‘The Secret’ and only after reading it I realized what I had done. This book has changed my approach towards life forever and has got me completely hooked on positivity.
