This year started off pretty rough for me. In March it got a bit better, but after that, I again got into this low vibe. I was feeling anxious, and dull, I felt like I was just struggling again. I wanted to be cheerful and happy but I was just not able to feel happy and free. I felt stuck. My relationships with everyone had a low vibe, and I could not focus on my routine.

Soon I decided that this was it, “I am going to be happy and free again! I started watching happy travel vlogs on Youtube, spent time with my family, and made a few plans with my friends but the low feeling did not go away!! One day I was happy, the next day I was in tears. This lasted for weeks. I was mentally and emotionally drained.

Soon I realized that I had been chasing happiness and positivity, and basically, chasing will never work. I was mentally chasing happiness. So I just let it go. I slowly let go of everything and all the sad negative feelings. I just focused on my work. In the mornings I looked at the sky and the Universe and just thanked the Universe for life. In the evenings or before going to bed, I again thanked the Universe for my life.

After doing just this for just a few days, I could see my life transform again. My anxiety decreased, I was no longer in a  low vibe, and I was feeling free again. We went on a family trip, and I really need this break. My life just suddenly changed! My relations with everyone bloomed, my routine was back on track, my relationship with my boyfriend suddenly blossomed too, and my workout routine was on track. Literally, all aspects of my life suddenly got better and better.

Letting go is necessary. Just let go and thank the Universe for this life. That is it and see your life transform. Do not chase happiness. Have faith in the Universe and just let go.
