This is a simple story of weight loss.
I did a lot of The Secret practices like visualizations, vision board, etc. to get in shape but the the easiest and fastest way to lose weight, as per my experience, was The Magic ingredient practice.
Before I used to multitask while eating, like fiddling around with my phone, talking with family, reading and I was always distracted.
But when I started doing The Magic Practice (Magical Ingredient) I realized I wasn’t really living the moment of eating or being thankful for the food I was having every day. I was actually not relishing the real taste at all.
I have now started eating slowly and enjoying every bite. I am thinking how much this morsel of food is gonna nourish me, make my bones strong and I feel more grateful for the food. I have in fact realized that it tastes so much better being aware of the food than ever before.
This has greatly reduced my binge eating. I feel more full even with smaller quantities and much more energetic too. I need to eat a lot less these days as I stay satisfied with what I have eaten already.
And the best part?
I am losing weight effortlessly and I am enjoying it!!
For your next meal just try being grateful and feel every morsel that you put into your mouth without all the distractions and I assure you, that you will feel the difference in your health and overall vitality.
