Love for wealth
Submitted by: Corleone Kaluli
KenyaI'm turning eighteen this year. I'm ambitious and I belive that I can control my life's path.
Down life’s path I was scared of poverty, misery and suffering, so I turned to hip hop music as a mask to cover my fears. I dressed, walked, talked and even ate like most hip hop artists. My verbal language was vague, my actions towards other people were negative, my dress code wasn’t that appealing. The more I hid in this facade, the colder I grew to my society. Later on I found my revelation from a friend who helped me understand The Secret by watching the DVD. And I practised the valuable aspects of the mind.
Right now as I write down this story I’m glad to say that I found my true being. I’m able to access my inner peace. I am now peaceful, obedient and respectable. My relationship with my mom is awesome. My girlfriend who is soon to be my wife, now appreciates me, compared to the past when we used fight. It’s all because of how I learnt how to surpass negative vibrations even though I can’t evade the negative extremes. I come back to reality by listening to Robert Kelly’s song “I’m a hero”. My current thoughts are focused positively on how I will accumulate wealth through positive thinking. I’ll write again soon to tell you all how my endeavour is faring.
