Loosing weight… by doing NOTHING
Well, I have always been tall and slim but over some time I had put on a little weight which didnt make much of a difference in my appearance due to my height, but still I could feel it and I thought I would lose it.
I tried for almost 3 months, trying to workout and diet, but it just didnt seem to be my cup of tea. I would walk and exercise a lot unknowingly due to my work schedule, but whenever I would think to do it to lose weight, I felt like it was a task. And then people started to tell me that I had put on a little weight. That was a nightmare.
So, I was following The Secret, which was changing my life to the core, and I decided to apply it on this. I just started to eat all the junk I liked, and enjoyed it. I just thought one thing: that I am loosing weight day by day and I am so grateful to receive all these compliments that I have lost weight. And this was two months back.
I kept thinking about it everyday, saw myself in the mirror and felt grateful, and now it has happened. I have lost 6 kilos, a few inches, and people tell me all the time that I have become slimmer and they ask me, What have you been doing?
And I giggle and say, “well its a secret!!”
