Looking Like Me

New JerseyJust a girl who sees the world through different eyes.
Alright, to start off, I was 15 years old. I went to public school. I was negative, and I was depressed. And like so many other teenage girls, I was insecure.
Then my Aunt showed me The Secret.
I have never been so awake, I was instantly inspired. The first few weeks weren’t so favorable. I had A LOT of self-doubt. I figured I’d put myself to the test, and try and start small.
So, I manifested… DONUTS! And it worked!
My brother spontaneously brought home donuts that same day.
I started to feel the power. I continued to manifest small things. I figured, after reading so many stories, and listening to Abraham Hicks, I thought I’d try to change my physical appearance.
Clear skin came easily. I manifested my hair to be softer as well as healthier, my lips to be a bit bigger, and my legs to be toned. I made sure not to doubt, I visualized every day, and I would pretend like I had already had all these things.
I had impulses, and one of them was to get a hair cut. I did, and I wound up admiring it even more than before. My hair became silky soft, and healthy again.
I literally woke up to plumper lips. I do yoga, and I do it because I want to, not because I feel I have to. This has toned my legs, and the rest of my body as well.
I started to move onto to bigger things. I so desperately wanted to change the shape of my nose. I had the typical “Jew Nose” and I hated the way I looked from the side. I would visualize, and feel as if I had already had the nose I desired. I did this as much I could, and told myself I was close.
After about two months, with only a minor change, I realized I actually began to like my nose, “work with it”, if you will. I was thankful for it, and I didn’t mind it anymore. I never really let go of the idea of my ideal nose, but I started to be thankful for the one I had already. I was happy.
I continued to pretend, even out in public I would pretend I had my ideal beauty. I thought to myself that I am exactly who I want to be. That I will look like me, and I look exactly like I want to look.
After about another month of pretending, visualizing, and positivity, I noticed my nose began to change. I had previously avoided looking in the mirror from the side, but I happened upon it one day as I was brushing my teeth. My nose was more upturned. I was so happy. I continued to do as I conduct, and continued seeing improvements. I felt as if I was transforming into ME.
You CAN change your physical appearance. You could even grow an extra limb if you are dedicated enough! Here are some tips that helped me enjoy my manifesting, and brought me extraordinary results:
-Make it clear what you want, write it down
-Appreciate what you have
-Visualize every night before you go to bed. Visualize in the first person! It will help you feel as if you already have what you are trying to get, because it’s as if you are having the experience.
-Watch “The Secret” again. It helps!
-Listen to Abraham Hicks. She has opened my mind more than anyone else!
-Pretend, and have fun.
I hope I helped anyone. I am truly grateful for this world I am living in.
The world is yours.
