I have been following The Secret for about 4 weeks now. In that time the following has happened for me:
A pay rise (I think I’m now the highest paid part-timer in Perth).
A free flight to anywhere in Australia.
A thank you present from the people I work with, of $570 when last year I couldn’t even get a Merry Christmas out of them. This money was quickly spent on the iPOD I had stuck on my vision board a week earlier.
I get parking spaces every single time.
The best gift that the Secret has given to me though is the attitude of gratitude that I feel everyday when I wake up. Being able to share this with my family and friends is also a wonderful gift and yes there are many sceptics out there, but I think the best way to turn these people around is to live your life according to the Secret and lead by example.
I’m also finding that my relationships are better and people can’t help but notice that I have an inner happiness that I never had before. People who no longer subscribe to the same outlook as me are disappearing out of my life or telling me that I must be rubbing off on them cause they feel happier as well.
My Mum and I also designed a Universe Order Form and as I receive the things I have ordered I put the words “Received” and “Thank you” beside it.
Next Tuesday I will be collecting my lottery winnings. 🙂 And I will find a copy of Jack Canfield’s The Success Principles when i go shopping on Wednesday. :))
Well gotta go and watch The Secret again and add a few things to my vision board.
