I discovered The Secret about 4 years ago and have been applying it ever since. I’ve manifested many great things in the past 4 years, but I’d like to share this short story with you.

I was on Facebook browsing random pages and came across a clothing page that I liked. It was called Life Is Good. I loved their shirts and their philosophy made me happy. I decided that I would get one of their shirts, I didn’t know when, I just knew I would get one. Of course a tiny bit of doubt trickled in because they didn’t have any stores in my area and I’d have to order online which I couldn’t do, but I ignored the doubt and just felt happy about their nice shirts.

So, the next day was laundry day and I was folding washed clothes with my mom. A big blue shirt with a peace sign on it caught my eye. I’d never seen it before. Then something amazing happened.

I checked the inside of the shirt and the tag read “Life is good” and circling the logo was “Do what you like, like what you do. Optimism can take you anywhere.”

I WAS SO SHOCKED! I asked my mom if she’d ever seen it in our house before. She said no. No one knew that I even looked at the page the other day. There were no other out of place clothes in our laundry, just my shirt.

I was, and am still happy about how that came about.

To this day, I still don’t know where it came from (the universe : D), but I do know this: the universe responds when you let go.

Don’t obsess about it. Just feel GOOD about it and let go, knowing in your heart that you WILL receive it, in the quickest, most beneficial and harmonious way. Just be, breathe and believe. : ) The Universe WILL respond.
