Law Of Attraction Is As Certain As Gravity!

I came to America in 2012 with my husband on a dependent visa. I am an MBA and very passionate about working in the HR profession, hence I started looking for jobs. A job in the USA would require a company to sponsor my H1 work visa.
After 3 months of searching, I got a job in a company willing to file my work visa. In April of 2013, they filed it however, the case was not strongly presented and it was denied. The decision was challenged, but it got denied again. I was very disappointed and disturbed by it. I left all hope of working since getting a denial once ruins your case and getting approval the second time is almost impossible. And with a denial on my case, no employer would be interested in hiring me.
Then I came across The Secret Movie on Netflix. I did not understand the concept the first time. I watched it a few times and I was most impressed by Jack Canfield’s story about achieving something that will blow your mind. I consciously decided to apply LOA for getting a work visa. I thought that even if it did not work, I would not have anything to lose anyway but if it works, it will be a very important success in my life. Especially since there was no other way for me to find work in the US.
So I drafted an Approval email in the standard USCIS format for a future date. I took a print out of it and put it on the refrigerator. Every time I would be in the kitchen cooking, I would carefully read each word of it so that it sunk in. I also filled up a dummy I9 form with the name of my employer and the H1 job classification for a future date. I signed it and kept it on my table and I would take a look at it now and then. I started writing in my diary, “Thank you for my H1B approval”. I also bought a thank you greeting card for my company’s immigration attorney, thanking him for getting my H1 approved. I did all this before my case was filed again in April 2014.
My case was filed and it got an RFE. I got concerned and started doubting the LOA, but again, I had a feeling that thinking positive never killed anybody so I started praying and being thankful for all that I already had. I would say nice things about everyone around me, I would thank everyone and feel gratitude towards life. My thoughts started changing and I accepted that my life was going to be good even if I did not get a job.
After the attorney replied to the RFE, I rigorously started praying, being thankful, and going through the approval email that I had created, several times during the day.
Then just 7 days later I got to know that my case had been approved!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
This was such an amazing experience for me and my life has never been the same since! The LOA and The Secret had opened an entirely new world of possibilities for me and I will always be thankful.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!
