I came across the book The Secret because a friend of mine of 13 years had let me borrow that book about 6 or 7 years back.

I read it, and never really put it to use in my life. One day, about a year ago I found The Secret again in my book shelf and decided to re-read it.

I have now been using The Secret book as my personal bible. I, like many people in life, have learned to think one way. Being a pessimist, I would try to use the teaching and change my thoughts, but I only ended up not believing things would get better because the results were not happening when “I” wanted them too!

Needless to say going through so much this past year, having a 3rd child after 10 years, a child with severe behavioral issues has made me re-learn, re-think, and look at life differently. I told myself there has to be something better to come for us, there just has to be.

I have been writing down my gratitudes, and my wants for my life and the life of my children.

Well, needless to say I started having money issues, and I kept up with reading when I am down and thinking positive and sharing smiles and pretending things are better than what they really were.

And low and behold the power of the universe has started to give back to me what I have been waiting for for years.

I have been getting cash left and right, my misbehaved child is doing so much better in school and at home, getting blessings from all around me, and I am leaving my job!!

I know that what I really want is paving it’s road for me to follow. So those of you who keep trying and not seeing those results, just keep at it, and don’t let anything let you stray from the path you want to walk down because God is good and the universe is going to give you what you need when you are really ready for it!!!

SO KEEP THINKING THOSE POSITIVE THOUGHTS!!!
