I can’t remember exactly when I came across The Secret… I know I was going through a really bad period in my life about 2 years ago. I had just split up with my partner and father of my kids, and while watching TV saw a clip of something called ‘The Secret’. It caught my eye, so I went to Ebay, found the DVD, and bought it.

I watched it as soon as it came, and it was a revelation. I had been going though a really bad time since the break-up. Money was tight with 4 kids and a mortgage to pay. I started to apply the principles and really started to feel a difference.

To support us I sell on Ebay to generate some extra income. By applying the principles instead of just scraping by, I started to make money. I felt great suddenly. I was catching up with the mortgage, I was getting back on top.

Recently I decided to test the universe, so I printed out the check and filled it in. I knew this money would clear a few debts and just give us a little boost. So I sent it out to the universe and waited. I tried my best to believe I had the money and act as if I had the money, but it just wasn’t happening.

I subscribe to Hotmail horoscopes. I don’t read them every day, but today something made me read it. I was amazed – it said money was on my mind but not to worry as the cheque was on its way, it was just delayed.

I know this was the universe telling me I am doing the right thing, I know my cheque is on its way. Its not here yet, but I know like I know like I know it is on its way. I will let you know when it arrives.
