I read The Secret about two years ago and have since attracted a lot of things. I even had my story posted on this site last year and I was so happy it was published. I still come to this site every so often, and when I read about other people’s stories I get inspired even more.

While browsing through the website, I saw the preview of The Power and I decided to buy the book thereafter. I went to the bookstore and saw it was on sale, but I didn’t buy it then as I remembered that my daughter had an Indigo card so I thought I’d get it from her before buying it. That weekend we went to the mall and went to the bookstore to buy the book. My daughter paid for it and she got it for less since she had the member’s discount card.

That night I read the book and it opened my eyes even more. I came across the part where it says to decide on your secret symbol or word. I thought of the word “love,” then I changed my mind and thought of “joy,” not because it is my name but it would mean the feeling of joy when you’re in harmony with yourself and the world around you.

A few days after I started to sing to myself, “Joy, joy, my heart is full of joy,” a song I remembered from my childhood. Ever since then, I keep seeing my secret word and I feel happier when I see it everywhere as it makes me feel more connected to myself and to the universe. Thank you Rhonda and to your team!
