My working life hasn’t been short of a struggle, I never did amazing in school or university but I managed to get through it all somehow.

My grades were low. I wasn’t very good in my chosen career path and I struggled and struggled for some time.

I wasn’t happy, the only thing I had and still have is this part time job. The people I work with are amazing. I stepped back and let go of my worries. I knew I didn’t want to work in the area that I graduated in so I decided to take a year out. This is when I came across The Secret.

I read it for cover to cover not sure if it would work, but I did as it said. I let go and did all the things I enjoyed during this year. Yes I was still worried in the back of my mind but I tried to not think about that. I applied for some masters degree programs, doubtful because my grades weren’t great. I got into a pretty good university but wasn’t sure about the course.

Just before I was about to move I got a call from the local university accepting me for a much better course, it was what I wanted to do.!

I wasn’t sure then but I said yes and it was the best thing I’d ever done ! It was here I met so many good people. On the first day of my course we were given marking criteria for the degree it was then that I decided that I was going to get a first class. I wrote a 70% on my criteria sheet and folded the sheet in a way I could only see 70% and nothing else.

I had a great year and I got my first class!!!!

I’m more sure now than ever before that my job is on it’s way to me and all the other good things along with it!
