I have benefited so much from other people’s stories and felt it is time for me to make a contribution for inspiration! Thanks for such great stories, they have really helped and I wish all of you so well, all the very best for the new year! As this year wraps up so many are wishing this year would end as it was so bad for them. I have often felt that way about other years, but this was a very good year that I will miss! Here are a few examples of how I have been mastering The Secret:

I always enjoy scoring drinks on the house, there is something fun about pulling that off. This year alone I have done it four times. Someone from my complex died so I went to a place where he had once been a waiter to inform them and was given a pricey cocktail for free. I went to another place where I had gone to with him and told them the story and was given a double shot of mint liqueur. I dined at a hotel with a friend where the waiter had a bad attitude. When asked to fill in a form, I gave them a review they would never forget. My friend and I were compensated with a double liqueur in the lounge. I went to a hotel Spa for my birthday and the barman there gave me a special shot on him. Those were fun manifestations!

I decided to go slightly bigger. The Secret says start with coffee, in my case it was drinks, then maybe slightly bigger, such as a meal. I decided to try the meal manifestation. Very soon my mother took us all out for my nephew’s birthday at a pizza place we all love. One night when out with a friend she battled to find a parking spot. I said that we needed a car guard to help us and just like that he appeared! He sorted us out immediately.

Discounts. I had a voucher for a shop, saw a dress I liked and decided I wanted it to be discounted the next time I went. However, then I actually saw a dress I liked better and it was cheaper than the one I wanted to be discounted was so I bought that instead. I went with my mother to buy a stone for herself for a ring. I knew she would get a discount and she did, 10%. When buying gifts at a store for my sister’s birthday and Christmas, I was given a discount on the total at the counter. My mother and I went to buy a lantern that we needed, a price was given to us over the phone, but I decided to manifest a discount. When we got there it was 10% less than the definite price we were given. I saw a dress I loved, very pricey and thought about buying it on the credit card. I decided not to, but loved it. Love really is powerful. Soon my mother said she wanted to give me some money as it was Christmas time and I might need things. I told her no need, I have money and am fine. She said I might like something nice, though. I admitted I loved the dress so I accepted her offer. I decided to manifest a discount on the dress to make it more fun, maybe 10 or 15%. I got it at a 20% discount and nothing else in the shop was on a special other than that dress!

I find money lying around all the time and pick it up. One day it was my specific intention to find some and I did. I feel as if all the money in the world is mine and it comes to me. We can do anything at all with this. I wanted my hair to be a specific length and saw myself as having it already. One night my boyfriend asked, “Your hair’s gotten very long, hasn’t it?” I wanted my eyes to be blue and so help me God they started turning blue.
