Hello,

I think I have been using bits of The Secret most of my adult life and not realized it. About 4 months ago when my husband lost his job I just decided to buy the book. Reading made me realize the power of thought that I have been using all this time, but not really and truly focusing on it with the right energy, or, allowing myself to get distracted by life. Anyway, I bought the book and quite a few things have happened to me.

One day going to lunch a few months ago, and I only had about $2.00. Just enough to buy something from a popular fastfood joint. But I had a horrible headache, and although a coworker had given me 2 headache pain relievers I had forgotten to take them at work, and was stuck in the drive-through lane thinking, I don’t have enough money to get a drink and something to eat. So, I kept thinking to myself, I have to have water to take these pain relievers (the thought was just so focused). I mean I could have taken them without the water, but my mind was focused on that. I ordered my food and when I got to the window for pickup the young lady handed me my food and a medium cup of water. I was surprised and before I could say to her that I didn’t order it, she said to me, “Here, don’t worry about it – because you seemed a bit thirsty.” I thanked her and instantly knew that it was a greater intervention that caused that to happen. I knew it was the law of attraction at work.

From that experience, I began to look at other things (no matter how small) that have occurred in my life and it hit – I have been blessed to have already been using The Secret, but just never knew.
