Ideal Body By Doing Nothing.

NYI was, am, will be happy!
I have never been into sports or exercising since childhood, yet I was skinny.
In high school I began to gain weight. I still was not exercising. My diets were only lasting 2 days. I kept gaining weight.
After high school I tried some exercising programs or diets but I could never complete them so none of them worked.
At the second year of college I weighted 6 kgs more than my ideal weight. People always used to tell me that I should not care about weight, I was fit. But then they were asking me how many kilos I gained or why didn’t I exercise.
By the way, I had read The Secret when I was in high school. I have taken whatever I wished by using The Secret. Then I thought “why not use it for my ideal body?”
I began looking myself in the mirror and smiling. I immediately began wearing the clothes that I was just hoping to wear when I get skinny again .I did not need to exercise or worry about calories in my meals.
I know you all wonder the last scene of this long story. It took just 10 days to have my ideal and healthy body shape.
Some might claim it is unhealthy or impossible. I just laugh at them and do not care. If they claim it is impossible or if they aggressively attack your faith, this is just because they can not understand and apply The Secret. Do not let those kind of people discourage you from getting what you wish.
