I have been a Real Estate Agent for a few years now and have been loving my career, however, I had not put much emphasis on any sort of marketing. About a year ago I decided to reaffirm to the Universe almost every day that I would sell a million dollar property.

In December of 2020, I came home and my husband told me that his cousin and wife wanted me to help them purchase a million dollar house in Florida. The couple had just sold their home in Marblehead, MA, and they were relocating to FL. In twenty one years of being with my husband, I only met his cousin twice and I had never met his wife. I was so excited to help them find this property.

In January I came home and my husband told me that his 55 year old cousin had a massive heart attack and died. In February 2021 his wife came with their son to FL to sell a property that they had purchased in 2019. I met his wife and their two year old son and she gave me the listing for their 900K condo to sell in four months. Even with the turn of events, I knew with all my heart this Real Estate deal was straight from the Universe. I kept my belief and listed the property mid February on a Friday afternoon.

The next day, a buyer’s agent called and asked to see the property at 2 pm that afternoon. The Seller had left with her son so we wouldn’t have any distractions. There was a picture of her husband on the kitchen counter and I told him, you know what you need to do. At this point I had a lovely relationship with his wife who had the same birthday as my husband, just as I had the same birthday as her husband and son. The buyers that came to look at the unit were from the same town my husband, his cousin and his son were born. I realized that the Universe had aligned this perfect deal. We received a cash offer at 5 pm that same afternoon. The next day I was preparing all the necessary paperwork and my Seller said to me, “Maria you don’t have to do all that because everything will be handled by my attorney.” We closed the deal in 45 days and I didn’t do much. It was my million dollar deal that I had asked the Universe for.

I will always take this with me from what I learned from The Secret. It’s not our job to know the how, when or where. It’s simply our job to ask the Universe and believe it will happen because it really will. Family and friends were like, “That’s crazy” and I just say don’t call it crazy because it’s not. This Universe and the law of attraction exist. My advice to everyone is to learn it, use it, and you will feel its amazing power. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
