I Succeeded In A Difficult Course.
Submitted by: Essy Kay
TXI'm a marketing student who loves fashion and Batgirl.
I’m a college senior at UH, and I took a class for the summer semester. It was harder than I expected. The textbook is 1000 pages, the time given to take the exams were strict and I had trouble maintaining proper communication with my partners for a project. The teacher has a bad rating on the website “Rate My Prof”. Despite all that, I made sure to keep the faith and not let appearances move me.
The material was difficult to memorize, but I made sure to not procrastinate too much. Despite saying that he wouldn’t curve the grades, my teacher curved the exam grades for the class, since everyone had some trouble. I was grateful. The exams were increasingly difficult each time, but I stopped complaining and did my best. The end result in my mind was to pass the class, so I kept this in my mind consistently.
When I finally checked my grades, I saw that I had passed! I feel amazingly grateful and I have been getting better grades in general since The Secret. And technically, I am studying the way I always do.
I hope it works out well for all you students out there. No subject is too difficult to succeed in. Thank you!
