I am a nurse and about 9 months ago I injured my back resulting in a slipped disc which caused a lot of pain, greatly affected my ability to work and carry out normal things in my daily life. I tried endless treatments and none of them had helped relieve me of any pain.

About 2 months ago I read The Secret and watched the film. I decided I was going to manifest healing. I knew deep down that the law of attraction is real so I knew I had to use it. I had nothing to lose.

At the beginning I found it hard to visualise healing due to the pain and it was hard to shift my focus, but I spent every day thanking the universe for my healing, visualising myself pain free and being thankful for my health. It became a lot easier.

This week I went for a final treatment in the form of an injection. The doctors warned me that sometimes this treatment is not effective. I chose to ignore their comments knowing it could be affecting my thinking and in turn my healing. I constantly visualised myself being pain free and felt grateful for my healing every day. As I am writing this story I am completely pain free and I could not be more grateful!!

No matter how hard you may find it to visualise, don’t give up and do not doubt. It will come, you just have to have faith!! I am so so grateful to Rhonda and The Secret team for introducing me to The Secret!
