I keep reading the stories here and I am very thankful to those of you who share them because they keep me motivated to keep using the LOA every moment in my life! I have had some great moments because of The Secret, but the following one is really close to my heart.

I am very prone to dental caries and many of my teeth had gotten a lot of treatments since my childhood, in spite of keeping good dental hygiene. Last month I was having some pain in my last molar tooth and was avoiding going to the dentist. When I actually went to the dentist after a couple of days, he informed me that a small piece of the tooth had broken and the previous filling had come out, too. He took an X-ray and told me that since the previous filling was very near to the root he will have to do a root canal treatment for this tooth and there was no other option. I asked him if there was any chance to save the tooth and he answered negatively, but he said he would try to do a filling, and if the pain subsided, then I could continue on with that filling for a while, till I started to feel pain again.

For the next 2 days, the pain continued and I spent sleepless nights even with the painkiller medicine. I was praying and praying that it would subside but it was in vain. Meanwhile, I looked for another dentist for a second opinion. He took another X-ray and told me the same thing but said there was a minimal chance of saving my tooth and offered to open the filling and try again. I took the next day’s appointment for the re-exploration of my tooth. I was happy inside that at least there was some chance and was sure that this time the filling would work and the pain would subside. That night when I slept, I asked for divine guidance to help me.

When I woke up in the morning, I had mixed feelings. The pain had not subsided but I was happy that it was going to end that day. Then my husband casually remarked, “Why are you in such a hurry to reopen the filling? Why don’t you give it some time?” This, I took as divine guidance and immediately canceled the appointment for the dentist. I decided that I would wait for at least three weeks for the tooth to heal. If the nerve ending in the tooth had been hurt during the procedure, it would take a long time, at least 6 weeks to regenerate. Once I made the decision, I thanked God for the guidance.

From that day on I was consciously giving gratitude for my pain-free healthy tooth and my tooth started healing. After two weeks’ time, the pain was gone and I was eating normally from that side. By the end of the third week, I almost forgot that I had any trouble with my tooth. It was a miraculous recovery of my tooth and The Secret saved it!
