We had been looking for a bigger house for quit sometime now. This year in January we came across a house which both me and my husband fell in love with. All the rooms of that house opened towards the west, making the house very well ventilated. Also it was on 9th floor which was a good height. Somehow, the deal did not crack that time.

Around the same time, I came accross The Magic and I started reading it. I started following the tips given in the book to get this house. I drew an entire layout of the flat in my note pad with THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU on it and I used to see it several times in a day. We planned how we would furnish that flat.

I continued doing it till one day when I was told that the seller did not want to sell it to us at any price. I felt disheartened and stopped seeing the picture, but I continued to believe that I would get a house of my dreams. I started looking for flats again.

March I found a house which was an exact replica of the house I had drawn.
In fact, this house was even better as it was on top floor (11th floor), in a very good locality and all the rooms opened to the west. When we first saw the house, me and my husband were shocked to notice the small things which we had considered in our planning to furnish the house, like location of dining table and the storeroom, were exactly at the same location as per our drawing.

We immediately seized on the property and now it is ours. To my better luck, the property is brand new and the location is amazing! Far better than my earlier choice but, same as my choice of flat.

I am sure that I have attracted this house only because of the gratitude process that I used.
