My sincere gratitude to anyone and everyone who has shared their weight loss stories here.

I had gained some weight after I was diagnosed with a thyroid disease. Though the thyroid came under control, my weight was still stuck at 146 pounds. Having spent money on the gym and having controlled my diet, I saw no difference on the weighing scale and was on the peak of disappointment.

I was reading The Magic one night and was on the health chapter. I came online and read all weight loss stories on the website. I realized that I was not being the least bit thankful about how my thyroid had come under control and I felt so much fitter. I was rather being obsessed with my weight.

That night onward I expressed gratitude to the universe for the amazing health I was granted and for the weight I felt had already come down to, that is 110 pounds. I started walking for one hour daily and quit my diet. I ate healthy and thought healthy.

It has been 8 weeks since then and I weighed myself at the doctor’s this morning, and the weighing scale reads the magic number of 110 pounds.

Thank you universe for granting me my wish. I am grateful.
