I started using The Secret efficiently two years ago, and have submitted stories before, but today I want to write about what happened yesterday.

I decided to sell my house in order to be able to purchase a beautiful piece of land overlooking a lake in another country where I plan to retire with my husband someday, and to buy a smaller apartment to live in my city. After I found the perfect spot to buy, the buyer for my house appeared and was willing to pay the price I was asking for. So far so good, The Secret was working. Then I decide to start looking for another place to live, and everything I found I didn’t like and/or was too expensive. I became anxious, but decided that I must take control of my thoughts and keep on looking.

Then I heard there was this building (not ready) with apartments that would be perfect for us (location, size), but the problem was there were none left, all of them were already sold or reserved. The only one left was a very big and expensive one, not good. But I insisted on telling the developer that I just knew that the one I wanted would be made available. He smiled but said the chances were not good. I smiled back and told him to call me to let me know, and decided not to worry.

Yesterday he called me and said: “The person who reserved the apartment you wanted decided not to buy it. It is yours if you still want it.” THE SECRET WORKED ONCE AGAIN! I can’t remember how many times I said thank you… and I haven’t stopped smiling. 🙂 I can’t thank you enough Rhonda, for writing this book which has helped sooooo many people including me! Thanks a million!!!!!!!!!!
