The day after I watched The Secret on television, me and my boyfriend went to this computer shopping mall to fix his laptop. While in there, I saw this laptop I REALLY really wanted. The price of that laptop was 3000 dollars. Well, it would be IMPOSSIBLE for me to get that amount of money because firstly I’m 16 years old, and secondly my parents would never agree to buy it for me now that they are 1 million dollars in debt. But I just kept on thinking about The Secret and I thought to myself, OK! This would be the first thing I’m gonna experiment with. 3000 dollars for that laptop. I don’t care how it’s going to happen but it IS going to happen.

Two days later in the car on the way to school, my mother just randomly said, “Mel, if you pass your IGCSE, I’ll give you 3000 dollars.” I was shocked! The only other person who knew about the goal I had made was my boyfriend. This wass NOT just a mere coincidence. She said 3000 dollars! The exact amount of money I needed for that laptop. I was so so happy and from that moment on I knew that The Secret is real.

i am now waiting for a 30 000 dollars cheque to be sent to me from a lucky draw. and i know and believe in my heart that the 30 000 dollars is already mine. this win is so important to me because my boyfriend said that if i really do win this money, he will believe in the secret. i have thought of all the things i am going to buy the moment the money reaches me. i am so happy and grateful that the universe is giving this to me. oh 30 000 dollars, here i come!
