Before I start my story, I wanna say thank you to you. Yes, you who are reading this now. You who write these stories. These stories have kept my belief strong in The Secret and helped me so much. So, thank you!

I have created a Youtube channel where I have the computer read these stories out loud from this website. I have 10 videos made and hope to make more. I wanna make these stories so I and others can be cleaning the house, shopping, relaxing, and listening to these inspiring stories.

I used The Secret without knowing it! When I was in high school in my junior year I fell into a depression from all the hard work I was putting into it. I was going to school, then heading to work, and when I made it back home I would do my studying, my homework as well as try studying for the ACT. I became depressed after finishing my ACT exam that month. I was in the car, my parents looked back at me and asked “How did you do?” and all I could do was cry. I thought to myself, is this what life is all about? Working hard then dying? I had lost joy in the things I loved to do and hanging out with my friends. I finally hit the point where I knew I had to do something so I started writing.

I wrote down what I was sad and afraid of and meditated on it. Soon that list of what made me sad and afraid went away. All I could write was what I was happy about, basically growing a gratitude habit like The Magic book says to do.

Soon my life changed. I can say that the end of that junior year and my senior year were the best years of my life and I am 26 years old now. I remember just how blissful I was. I manifested many things and I will post all of them, I promise.

My favorite manifestation was a trip to my hometown where I was born and then left when I was 6. One day I looked up to the sky, just feeling pure happiness about my life and I saw a plane. I said to myself that I was going to be on that plane someday soon and it will be the best trip. Then I let it go. I’ve found that letting go for me is the hardest thing but when I do it, the Universe just does everything for me easily.

So a few months after letting go, guess what? My dad asked if I wanted to go back home with my family! He said that he had come into some money and would pay for everything! Next thing you know I am on that plane, just like I imagined I would be!

Another thing I manifested was the most wonderful girlfriend. I just got up one day and looked at my bedside and said the most perfect woman will be looking up at me someday from that bed and I let it go. Two months later, without me even remembering what I had asked for but still being happy and grateful, there she was! Looking up at me from my bedside. That was when I remembered! I just looked at her like I could not believe what happened and how easy it was.
