How I Cured My Migraines.
Way back in November and December of 2017, almost every week I had developed severe migraines, vomiting 7 to 10 times and being bedridden with each one. I knew my health was deteriorating because of stress. Since January my only objective was to heal these migraines. Initially was going to visit a doctor but somehow it didn’t happen. Every night before I went to sleep I made it a habit to mentally scan from my head to my toes and give my gratitude saying: I am thankful and grateful for my head and skull.
I am thankful and grateful for my eyes. I am thankful and grateful for my heart and so on. Alternatively I had used these phrases too: I send love and gratitude to my head and I send love and gratitude to my heart.
I told myself to write this story by June and I had already started seeing changes in January. So far I had only 1 migraine in the last 4 to 5 months which is almost like normal being. I am thankful and grateful that am cured, in fact, I did an intermittent fasting and was never disturbed and that was the time I realized I was completely cured. Even when I get reminded of pain or someone remind me, I say “I am completely cured”.
I have learnt to be thankful and grateful for what I am today.
