Home sale

Bradenton, FLHouse wife.
My husband and I got into an awful amount of debt. I got to the point I was fainting constantly from the stress. I lost my jeep, job, and almost our home, which we only had an equity loan on. We decided to sell our home and pay off our debt. We were going to buy a new home with the money we had left over from the sale and live easily.
We immediately listed our home with a realtor and waited and waited. We had so many people come through our home that it stressed us out even more, with dogs and kids having to clean up after, plus making it into a “model” home. This went on for a year. With the amount of money we were putting into the house to fix all the complaints people were talking about, we started getting foreclosure notices.
Then… one day, I sat in the middle of our home and thanked and blessed our home for all it has done for us, even the knowledge we learned through the suffering. I pictured a family coming in and truly loving our home as much as we did. I thanked them for loving our home and asked them and thanked them for taking care of it and finishing it the way we had dreamed of doing.
No lie… TWO DAYS LATER, we had a construction man and his family put an offer on our home. From what the neighbors tell us, they gutted it and made it beautiful! I use this method every once in a while and it works every time, no exceptions!
