I have been 5’5″ until I learned about The Secret. Once I discovered this method, I began visualizing myself at my desired height of 5’9″. To achieve this, I expressed gratitude for my current height and accepted myself as I am. During this process, I also imagined future scenarios where people would tell me that I had grown taller.
