I was introduced to The Secret by a happy accident. Usually I cycle to my work, but that day in April was rainy and on my way home I decided to take a bus. Before leaving work I asked my co-worker if she had any book to borrow me to read while I’m on the bus. And she gave me The Secret. I started to read and was so inspired that I couldn’t sleep all night. I finished the book by morning and decided to apply it to my life.

At that time I was in a very difficult situation. My five years relationships crashed and I moved to London to avoid meeting my ex-boyfriend on the streets of my town, because it was too painful to know that he is somewhere around and not in love with me any more. I didn’t see any future with any other man, I needed just him. Also I realised that I don’t enjoy my profession any more, and needed to change everything in my life.

I started with relationships. I visualized and believed that my ex-boyfriend wanted me to come back to him. I gave him until October to realise that he missed me. As I knew that I’d be with my man again in autumn, I was so happy with everything! And good things started to come my way straight away. In a week time I met wonderful new friends (London was new for me and I didn’t have any friends here). They inspired me to start making art projects, and I loved it!

The same week I went with my new friends to a concert. I noticed one of the musicians playing on the stage and just couldn’t stop thinking about him all the following week. I was so happy to discover that I could fall in love again and not be miserable all the time thinking about my ex love. I visualised this musician walking me home, although I didn’t even knew his name. I didn’t make any effort to see him again or to be introduced to him, I was just happy and anyway I knew that in autumn I’d be with my ex again.

At this time I started a new art project and was looking for a soundtrack with exact timing. I couldn’t find it because all tunes I liked were too short or too long. In a few days my friend sends me a link to a tune which perfectly fits to my project. And you won’t believe! I discover that this tune is composed by that musician whom I liked at the gig! I found out his contacts and wrote him if I can use this music in my project. He replied that he would be happy if I use it and would love to come to the show.

A few weeks later we met at the project presentation, and guess what? He walked me home! We walked all night and it was just like I visualised after I saw him for the first time! And he kissed me when it was time to go home!

But this is not the happy ending yet. To make a long story short we spent a beautiful summer together and I completely forgot about my ex. It was already the end of September and somehow my new boyfriend started to become further from me. We decided to split up. I was completely broken and started to analyse what I did wrong to attract this situation. And I remembered that all the time from the beginning I was sure that in October I would be with my ex again, and that these new relationships are just temporal. It happened exactly as I thought in the beginning. Well, my ex-boyfriend didn’t ask me to come back, but I didn’t need it any more.

I wanted to share this story because the law of attraction works all the time, and you need to be always aware of your subconscious beliefs. I wish you won’t make the same mistake and hope you’ll attract true love to your life. I’m working on it now and grateful to the Universe and Ronda that now I know – “Everything is in our hands”!
