Om Sai Ram, thank you to the Universe, and thank you, Lord.

My story is related to a skin ailment I had been suffering. As a child I had suffered severe eczema, it was so bad that I always covered my arms, legs, and every part of my body. I was ashamed to show any part of my skin and it caused so much physical pain. I had taken very strong steroids like prednisone and potent ointments for years. As I grew older it slowly disappeared but would come back now and again.

Now at the age of 28, I had begun a job that required very long hours and a rotation of night and day shifts. My eczema had returned, and it returned in such a way that I had never seen since I was a child. Every day I was putting on potent ointments. My body use to shiver, I got infections, and I had lost a lot of weight. This went on for a year. I visited the doctor multiple times. My skin had become dry and charcoal colored, yet the doctors advised me to use stronger ointments. Throughout this, I did not realize that my attention was 24/7 on how bad my skin was. I experienced fear, sadness, and hopelessness.

I have followed The Secret since 2015 and it has worked miracles for me countless times. This hurdle was another phase in my life that in the end, only strengthened my mindset and faith in the Divine. I had read many countless stories posted by others on The Secret webpage. Then one day I asked Shridi Sai baba if I would ever have nice skin again. My skin was completed destroyed and pigmented and scarred by all the chemicals used.

Then I slowly started letting it go, feeling happier, and meditating. Day by day I told myself I will not use any potent ointments. I started seeing my body change, and my body started healing. I wanted to really use a moisturizer that was only sold overseas as I heard good reviews. I visualized that it would be sold in a pharmacy one day. Then one random day I popped into the pharmacy, and there it was! And trust me, I go to that pharmacy and other pharmacies all the time to check.

Now my skin has healed completely after several months. I wonder sometimes how this was possible. I learned that completely surrendering and letting Shridi Sai baba take care of things was what I just needed to do. Baba and the Universe or any divine being or energy or whatever you want to call it, just completely surrender. Let it go. Know what you really want and have patience. Don’t feel bad if things are not going your way some days, just hold your faith and hold your vision. Think positive thoughts and feel positive. Your body will believe it too.

I have been meaning to post this for a while, Baba has reminded me various times. Recently a family member asked me how my eczema was and for some reason, I felt it was a sign. So this morning I clicked on a video on YouTube and it was about a woman who was healed of Eczema by Sai Baba’s grace. Om Sai Ram.
