A close friend of mine had been going through a rough patch with relationship problems. After suggesting reading of The Secret and The Power she still found it difficult to actually live as if it were true (having met the man of her dreams).

I have the gratitude book and it is and always will be, working extremely well for me. So one night last week I set about giving her a helping hand. I thanked the universe for sending the man of her dreams, there was a few criteria that he had to live up to, a whole page worth. Unbeknown to me the same night she also set about with some positive thinking, trying to imagine his face, making room in her life for him etc…

The next day I arrived home from work to find out that she was “out on a date”. So I waited and waited for her to pop in and see me on her way home, as she usually did. She arrived with a beaming smile on her face. She talked about him and all the things I had asked for, every single one.

There are already two more dates planned this week, he says he feels like a teenager again, and wants to spoil her this weekend.

I cannot thank Rhonda enough for all the positive things that have happened to me since reading The Secret four years ago. The one that stands in my mind and the greatest was being able to pay our mortgage off. Speechless .
