I was dating my boyfriend for a year and he broke up with me on a random Thursday night. I was devastated and for a week I was deeply depressed and lost all hope. I remembered that I owned The Secret and immediately threw myself into it. I found myself wanting to manifest him back but then I realized that I really just wanted to manifest to come him back because I was replacing all my negative thoughts with happy ones. I found myself being joyful all the time and fulfilled. I was also becoming more grateful for everyone in my life and all the things that I have.

One of the biggest things that I learned is that I had to visualize and truly act and believe as if he was really with me right now. I always had a sense of relief when I would visualize us being in a healthy relationship and hearing him tell me that he loves me. Anytime I found myself being anxious, I would just visualize and affirm. I would always do this right before bed so that I could drench my subconscious mind into believing that he was with me.

I did this for a while and kept persisting and persisting. It is important to remember to never try to manifest out of lack or neediness because you will keep manifesting their absence. You have to let it go. Live as if you have your desire right now! Act delusional and the 3D will conform!

He did come back to me and we are in the healthiest relationship ever! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I am really so very grateful to have him back in my life and we both are working on our truth and our communication. Another thing that I will note and say is that you should not let your desire become the final destination. Do not operate out of “I will be happy when I get…” Feel happy right now! Be excited right now!
