Gratitude is the best medicine
The best medicine I have found to turn my mood, therefore my thoughts, therefore my frequency, and therefore my life, around within a flash is a moment in my personal gratitude book. Start making a list of everything you are grateful for in your own book, and feel the change happen!
What if you’re out driving, or aren’t able to write things down? Simply say out loud what you are grateful for… in fact, get your spouse, your children, your friend, whoever you happen to be with at the time, to join in. You can each come up with 10 things you are grateful for at that moment and lighten all your moods together!
