Here I am sharing my first Secret story. I was very eager to share one but was waiting for just the right one. I have used ‘The Secret’ and ‘The Magic’ for manifesting many small things in life but wanted to post something that was very big and inspiring to many.

I was diagnosed with a right ovarian cyst. When my doctor first saw my scan reports she was of the opinion that a cyst that large would surely require a surgery. Normally cysts of size 5cm or above are candidates for surgery and mine was 7 cm but at the same time she prescribed some medicines for 3 months. I was asked to observe any signs of pain for 3 months and continue taking the medicine. The doctor made it very clear that this medicine was just to get my upset hormonal balance back and in no way reduce the size of the cyst.

It was that day that I decided to use the power of gratitude towards good health for healing my cyst. I found my drive from home to work as the best time to practice the 3 principles of The Secret: Ask, Believe and Receive. I started utilizing the 45 minutes drive to my workplace for thanking the universe for a healthy body, then a healthy ovary and a healthy hormonal ratio. I started visualizing my scan as absolutely normal with no signs of any cyst. I used to even imagine what the doctor would say while doing my scan and finding that there were no signs of a cyst. As suggested by Rhonda Byrne, I used to barely discuss anything about this cyst with anybody except for a few close people. Many suggested to consult another doctor for a 2nd opinion but I decided to instead believe in the universe’s power of healing me.

Then arrived the big day of my scan in March 2016. I was thanking the universe for the magnificent outcome of my scan and over and again imagining the things the doctor would say. Naturally when the doctor started doing the scan and repeating the same things that I had been saying in my mind about a perfectly clear ovary, and that all the other parts that could be seen on the scan were clear, I wasn’t surprised.

It went exactly the way I had imagined and I healed myself of the ovarian cyst.

Medical science may have lot of theories for the cyst being healed but for me the power of gratitude and my imagination of a healthy body was the biggest healer.
