Hello everyone, my name is Anusha and I am a doctor. I want to share my story with you about how The Secret and the law of attraction changed my life. I first want to express my deepest gratitude to Rhonda Byrne by bringing this book to the world. Thank you very much. You changed my life to such a huge extent and I don’t think that I would have been able to stand up again on my two feet if I did not understand The Secret law of attraction.

A few months ago, I was going through some rough times in my life. To be frank, I was suffering from depression and nothing was working out for me. I was someone who did not really understand the true meaning of being grateful in life. I was encountering failures. I got cheated on after almost seven years of my relationship, and even in terms of my career, nothing much was going well. I was so lost and the only thing that I wanted to do is to give up. I had no desire to wake up in the morning because everything around me was so negative. I was crying myself out because of a guy who I had put my entire happiness in. I lost faith in everything. I did not pass my board exams in my home country because everything was affecting me.

Then a friend of mine told me to read The Secret. She said it was about the law of attraction and it will help me to recover from the breakup and from everything that was going wrong around me. At first, I didn’t believe that a book could change my life, but here I am now, stronger, positive, more beautiful than ever and a confident lady. I am filled with positivity and gratitude towards life. After reading The Secret, I started to understand life, to understand why things were going in the wrong directions. I realized that everything that was happening to me was just because I was attracting it to myself. I was on a ‘bad’ frequency and I had not been willing to change those bad thoughts so consequently, all I was doing was attracting more and more problems to myself. The more I was complaining about life, the more complaints I kept on having. The Universe was actually only responding to my thoughts. The more disappointed and sad I was about life, the more my life was worsening.

After changing my thoughts and moving from a bad frequency to a positive, happy and joyful one, my life started to change. Little by little, I started to practice gratitude and to see around me, how rich I was in so many aspects. I have my parents, a home, food, clothes and every little thing made me appreciate life. We have a tendency to focus on the things that we don’t have in life and forget about the ones that are just in front of us. Indeed, gratitude is very powerful. Negative thoughts cannot always be resisted but we can add positivity to it. Fill up the emptiness of life with love, joy, dreams and gratitude and the Universe will make sure you get what you asked for.

I got a scholarship to pursue my Masters in Australia which is my dream country. I overcame my depression and saw only positive things out of all the bad situations that happened to me. I am happier without him and I feel free and joyful now. I started to attract people of the same frequency like me, that is joyful, ambitious and positive people. Let go of negative thoughts in your life and tell yourself that life is easy. Life is good. Life is amazing. Use those words and you will see how beautifully your life will change. I began to understand that no one is responsible for my happiness besides me. If you don’t take hold of your thoughts and feelings, no one can do it for you. Period. Ask, believe and receive. The Secret law of attraction really works. It worked for me. All you have to do is being grateful. Thoughts become things.
