Being Grateful Means Being Healthy.
First of all I would like to thank Rhonda and her team. Thank you for your gift to humanity.
My hobby is dancing and I spend many hours a day exercising, as I want to be a ballet dancer. In the past I had a few injuries which each time made me stop enjoying my life for a while. After I read The Magic I was practicing gratitude for health every day, but later on I did not have enough time to practice.
Since then and without even realizing it, I have been practicing gratitude every day. Every time I met people with health problems I would say thanks for my health. Every time anyone had an injury I would say thanks for my health. Every time when I thought my leg was about to be injured I would not pay attention. I would only say thanks for my health.
Today an accident happened in ballet class. A girl broke her nose. The first thing that came to my mind was that I have to say thanks for my health, and I did. At that point I just realized that I had not been injured for about a year. This is all thanks to gratitude!
