Life can not always be predicted, and one should go with the flow. But I do believe that if you apply The Secret and its magic to your life, you can sprinkle a lot of Magic Dust.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! Thank you so very much to Rhonda and to everyone else who introduced me to this amazing book, The Magic, as well as The Secret. They have taught me to look within to find solace and a deep feeling of comfort.
I moved to this new city for a new job and project. But apparently, the project did not go through, and I was not enjoying the project that I was given instead. I had the best team in the world, but I was not from their domain, so it was not easy to assist them. I felt helpless and miserable in a job where I could not assist as I wanted to, and that did not use my expertise.
After many thoughts, I decided to resign as I found myself stressed a lot and was not enjoying my work. I put down my notice papers in April, and I said to myself that I would have an offer by the end of June. I planned to serve my two month notice period, after which I would take a month long break and spend time with my family and close friends before joining the new job.
Within a few days after resigning, I got a call from a consultant asking me if I was looking for a job change. She had found an old resume of mine from some job portal. I was surprised as I had not even updated my resume on any sites. I updated my resume and shared it with her. Soon after, I was having interview rounds in this new company, at the same time that I was serving my notice period. Once my old job ended, I started enjoying my break period, and somehow, I just knew that I would be joining this new firm even though they were still interviewing other people. As a sign, I asked the Universe to show me the number 1978 on any vehicle when the job offer was going to be near.
One day I was traveling in a cab when a bike with the number 1978 went past me! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
In the same week, I received the news that I had been selected for that new job! To my delight but not to my surprise, I received my offer letter on June 30th, and it came with the expected salary that I had asked for!
Thank you, thank you, thank you! Thank you so very much for everything! My dream came true, and I started working the very next week. During my break, I got to spend time with my best friend and my mother, who made an unplanned but very desired visit!
Ask, believe, and receive! It is so magical!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
