Since I was young, I knew how powerful our thoughts were. Whether it was good, bad, or ugly, what we focus on, we get. It is like a boomerang effect. I have been using the law of attraction without knowing the name of it ever since I was young. It was just the way I was. People thought I was a bit strange but I knew what I knew. It was not until 20 years later a fabulous woman named Rhonda shared this gift with the world through The Secret.

I was looking to buy a scooter for my lake house located 4 hours away. One morning I found a scooter for sale on a social page website. I contacted the owner, and they never replied. It was a Honda Jazz for $1300. It was perfect for me, so once again, I contacted the owner and still no reply.

A week later, I found another scooter, but that owner never got back to me either.

Then 4 weeks later, a friend was going to the town where my lake house is located. He mentioned that if I needed to bring anything up there, he could take it for me because he was taking his large trailer with him. I thought this would be the perfect time for me to find my scooter. At least I would know I could put it in the trailer and not worry about how to transport it to the lake house. The only thing was that my friend was leaving in the next 48 hours.

I internally said to the Universe that I wanted a Honda jazz for $1200. I want it in the next 24 to 48 hours and if this is meant to be then please show me evidence of it. I then gave my gratitude that my request had been heard and was coming to me.

The next day I woke up to receive a message from the seller of the Honda jazz for $1300. He had been out of town and only returned that day. He asked if I was still interested and we set up an appointment that day to see him. He accepted my $1200 offer, and even put it on the back of his truck and took it to my friend’s trailer. Here’s the crazy thing. I put my desire out to the Universe at 1:00 pm on Saturday and the scooter was mine by 11 am the following Sunday.

I knew that the bike would be mine if it was meant to be. Putting your desires out there is like a spiritual Amazon. You put your order in, you know that it is coming to you, there is no doubt. You don’t know exactly when it’s coming to you, but you know it is. You don’t know exactly how it will be transported to you, whether it be by boat, train, truck, or by van. All you know is that you put your order in and it is coming to you. If, just if your order gets lost, it is because the Universe has a better replacement for you!
