Got My Faulty AC Replaced!!
I had just purchased a brand new Hitachi air conditioner. I was very excited as I am newly married and I was buying almost everything for my new home. The technician did the installation but somehow I was not able to enjoy the cooling as the MCB was not yet connected. So I waited two days for the electrician to get it done. Once everything was done I was like, now I will beat this hot summer.
But the AC was faulty and it was not working at all. I called the customer care department and the dealer. I also tweeted the company and send an email to the head of the service department. But still no one was helping me, instead everyone was blaming the other person and my issue was not getting resolved.
Then I applied The Secret!! I imagined and I started thinking positive. I visualizing that my AC was working fine and my issue was resolved. Trust me it took one day, only one day before I got a call from Hitachi and they told me that my replacement will be done and working in few days.
