I have not spent much time thinking about how blessed I am and of all the wonderful things I have been able to attract into my live. However after reading all these wonderful stories I started looking closer at my life and realized the following:

I was introduced to The Secret about 7 years ago. I read the book and watched the DVD, however I never actively put it to use and thus the information stayed stored in the back of my mind.

Since I lived in quite a small town, I had always dreamed of going to these amazing music concerts I heard so much about from friends that lived in the city. I used to visualize myself going to see my favorite bands live, and never actually thought much of it.

When I completed school, I moved to Johannesburg to stay with my sister and continue with my studies and that’s when I started manifesting concert tickets.

The first was the U2 360 world tour. All my cousins were going and got their tickets way ahead of time and by the time I had even saved up enough money for the cheapest ticket, they were all sold out. Hard luck.

However the day before the concert, my cousins were camping outside the stadium in order to get right to the front of the stage. It turned out that one of the other guys camping out had an extra ticket and sold it to my cousin who then gave it to me for free. I was so excited, my first rock concert and I was going to be right in front of the stage. Needless to say it was the best concert I’ve been to, however the magic doesn’t stop there.

A few months after that, Coldplay came to South Africa and a family friend had bought me a ticket, low and behold another amazing concert and I did not pay once again.

At the beginning of this year Metallica paid South Africa a visit, and one of my oldest friends bought us Golden Circle tickets. This was an amazing experience and a night that I will remember for the rest of my life.

And that’s not where is stops. Last year my favorite band Chevelle was announced to play at a 3 day music festival Oppikoppie. Unfortunately I was unable to go as my sister would never have allowed me to camp out for a whole weekend unsupervised, and the tickets where quite expensive. So I resigned myself to not going, however in my heart I always knew I would get to see them.

Eventually they pulled out of the event to complete an album, and that was the last I heard of them visiting South Africa. In early June this year, they held a small concert in Johannesburg, of which I was able to attend. It was a dream come true! I knew every song they played and I truly enjoyed myself and yet again I didn’t pay a single cent towards the ticket.

Therefore I was able to manifest 4 concert tickets in a matter of 3 years and good ones at that, all due to my love of music and daydreams.

Now if only I start doing it consciously, image what more I can manifest.
