Buying a house in Hong Kong is very “difficult” as property prices are so high, it has become one of the most expensive places in the world.

A few years ago I heard that there would be a new, private, housing estate located just nearby my house. I felt excited and I thought it would become my new home. Living there also means that you can enjoy the sea view every day. At that time, my family could not afford to buy it.

I started to visualize our family members living there with me and how I would decorate my house, invite my best friends to my new house for parties and the process of purchasing the house. I even bought some little things like Disney stuffed toys and considered where I should put them in my new house. I had some doubts and these made me concerned as the deadline for purchasing was getting closer. I decided not to give up as I indeed wanted this house. So I visualised all the things related to the house and I told myself that I have nothing to lose so I need to try. I read the stories here again and again and I understood the advice to let it go and feel as if I had manifested it already, regardless.

Today, we are living in my new, big, house with a large balcony, the one I always wanted!
