I grew up in a shack. We divided the interior with curtains to separate my parent’s room from ours. This was our life. When it rained, we had to place buckets all over the place as some parts of the shack leaked. However, I was never a victim of circumstance. Some people didn’t even know that I lived in a shack growing up because in my mind, I was rich. I always knew that I was destined for greater things. I don’t know how, but I always did.

I would always imagine myself extremely rich. I attracted a bursary to study further, I worked hard in Varsity and was named best student. Even before graduating, I got a job without applying for it because I was a top student.

As I got older, I was even more determined. In 2014, I started my own digital marketing agency here in South Africa in order for me to create wealth to get my family out of the shack. This was after having worked for so many companies and getting qualifications. I was struggling to move my family out of that shack, my business was growing but very slowly.

In 2017, I became so obsessed with a fashionable South African celebrity for a week. I was checking her page frequently and I even remember asking myself, why have I become so obsessed with this lady? From what she wears, says, etc.? And before the end of that week, while I was browsing one of the social networks, the same celebrity was asked what their favourite book was and she said it was ‘The Secret, by Rhonda Byrne’. Immediately after I read this, something inside of me loudly said to get the book immediately. This was in June 2017.

I began using The Secret and in a week, I got my first big client. In September 2017, I moved my family, finally, to a better house and it was the best day of my life. We had lived in that shack ever since I was born.

In October 2017 I got another client in the stock exchange market. By November, one of the banks here in South Africa wanted our digital marketing services and they’re still our client.

Ever since I found The Secret my life has changed. I don’t even get affected by discrimination of any kind, whether it is because of my skin colour or gender. I also had an investor that wanted in on the business.

So many things have happened in my life. I am so excited. My family lives better now. I got engaged to the love of my life. I tithe at church with every single bit of profit I get, and recently I asked God, the Universe, Holy Spirit and Jesus for more money making ideas. Two days later, I got an idea and I’m currently partnering with another entrepreneur to start a property and construction business. By June 2018, I will have 10 million Rands in my bank account and will tithe the 1 million. Giving also changes the game!
